CNC Milled Metal Components 

HE1000 Stealth has CNC milled and hand polished components in the headband, earcups and arms, providing a beautifully finished headphone with excellent structure. The wide leather, perforated headband with low clamping force has no pressure points on the top of the head, well suited to long listening sessions.

HE1000 Stealth polished hand finish is gorgeous, with solid metal reinforced 3.5mm connectors, for reliable, long life operation.

Stealth Magnet Technology

The advanced magnet design used on the HE1000 Stealth aims to be as acoustically transparent, or invisible as possible. In traditional designs the magnets' physical presence creates their own impact on the sound waves from the diaphragm, by reflection and diffraction. Hifiman engineered a way to substantially reduce the acoustic effects from these magnets, substantially improving the audio quality.

This system allows the drivers and magnets to better function and you can hear the pure, clean detail and layers in the music that the HE1000 Stealth is known for.

Ultra Thin Nanometer Diaphragm 

HE1000 Stealth uses an ultra thin Nanometer Thickness diaphragm for remarkable speed and response. Soundstage is enhanced and distortion reduced by the curved surface Stealth magnets and Asymmetrical Magnet design, with larger magnets on the rear of the driver and smaller, thinner magnets in front of the driver. 

Combined with the Window Shade Grille, HE1000 Stealth provide outstanding imaging and soundstage properties. The Patented Window Shade grille further reduces reflections while protecting the drivers, improving audio quality.
