Hymalaya Pro R2R DAC Outperforms:

Housed in a low profile black aluminum chassis, it features Hifiman’s flagship Himalaya Pro R2R DAC for exceptional detail retrieval and ultra-low distortion. Hymalaya Pro R2R is built using separate L/R DAC sections, as shown in the photo below.

These are supported by a new FPGA algorithm and high end components, such as 0.01% precision resistors, to provide incredible measured performance such as THD of as little as 0.0012% as well as true to life listening experience people love from this advanced R2R DAC. 

Class A Headphone Sounds - Lovely!

The advanced amplifier section was designed to provide something similar to the much loved and heralded tonality of the flagship Prelude amp but at a lower cost. Serenade amp circuit is based on a Class-A design, supplemented by a precisely matched, fully discrete transistor amplifier circuit. This design crushes the price to performance ratio, surpassing expectations in this price range. 

The front display indicates the song file and bitrate, as shown above, input source and output mode. Controls are simple, with a mix of top mounted buttons and front volume dial. The Serenade Wireless is ideal as a desktop dac as well as a primary dac for a home system, with its Line / Pre-amp selectable rear outputs. 

Huge Variety of Inputs & Streaming

There are the common 3 digital inputs that cover most sources; USB, Coaxial and Optical. There is also an analog line in for other sources, allowing you to use the high end amp built in.

Additionally, there are both an Ethernet and a Wifi input, as this newer version of Serenade has a basic built in streaming system. Ideal for playing back music files you have stored on a NAS, these files can be sent to the Serenade Wireless, making it a convenient end point to playback this music.
