Hifiman Warranty for units purchased from this site or an Authorized Dealer listed on our dealers page. Please keep your dated sales receipt handy.

Warranty term is specified in each owners manual, which can be downloaded online. 

If your product is under warranty and malfunctions occur, please contact your authorized dealer, or if you purchased from this site, please contact us. 

If necessary, and at the discretion of Hifiman Canada, the company will provide a warranty repair or replace your product. 

Should a return be required, a RA# will be issued and we will provide our returns address. Return shipping to Hifiman Canada will be at the owner’s expense.

Caution: do not disassemble or modify the Hifiman product in any way as this will void its warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to :

1. Defective or discolored parts if the damages are caused by fluids, dirt, missing keys,
broken plastic parts or improper use.
2. Damage caused by misuse with another product.
3. Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect or misuse.
4. If you do not have a valid dated receipt showing proof of purchase.
