Closed Back Isolates Noise

Noise leakage out from the headphone to those around you is also extremely low, perfect for use around others in the office or at home while sharing a room. Hand-assembled wood grain ear cups offer the dual benefits of exceptional sonics and stylish good looks.

The lightweight headband features a black matte appearance for exceptional style and comfort. The suspended headband is soft and wide, with no pressure points for excellent comfort even after many hours of wear. Ear pads are angled deeper at the back, thinner at the front and can be replaced by unclipping from the headphone.

The detachable 1.5m cable features dual 3.5mm plugs into each side of the headphone, with a 3.5mm plug. These standard plugs are used by many companies and all Hifiman models, making it easy to change cables in the future.

Sundara Closed Back is Easy to Drive

With a low impedance of 20 ohm and once of the highest sensitivity ratings of any Hifiman headphones at 98dB, these are easy to drive. Play them out of a computer, dongle dac, desktop dac or portable music player. You will hear the benefits of a better source, so a wall powered desktop DAC is ideal, but these are easy to drive and very flexible to live with.
