Hifiman EF499 Dac Amp

Hifiman EF499 DAC, Headphone Amp. EF499 DAC is based on a simpler Philips R2R architecture, designed to have a warmer sound and a high power output into low impedance, both of which will nicely compliment Hifiman Planar headphones. 

EF499 provides usb input for phones & computers, coax input and also a Network input that supports basic streaming of files on your network. 

Balanced Headphone Amp with Tuning Options:

Flexible amp design offers SE & BAL outputs, choice of Low / High Gain and for the Dac section, choice of Oversampling or No Oversampling. 

This flexibility inherent in the EF499 allows you various options to match with a variety of headphones, so you can maximize your listening enjoyment with a variety of headphones. 

EF499 uses a vertical design that saves desk space and allows you to use the amp as a headphone stand, for more convenient use of space at the desk.
